I enjoy talking to people about their goals and plans for the future and helping with their home loan, investment loan or other lending to help reach those goals. It’s important to me not only to get the right loan for your needs but to then to keep you informed of any changes that may affect your home loan or get you a better deal if things change.

Lastly, my goal is to help as many of my client’s become debt free as soon as possible, keeping individual circumstances in mind. It’s not usually something that you are thinking about when you first buy a home or investment property but saving and paying off debt are so important to your own well-being and future it’s something that is worth thinking about sooner rather than later and it’s something that I will bring to your attention and assist you with if you can or if you are interested in reducing your debt.

My Values

My values include giving back to the community, caring for my family and look after the environment by continually changing the way we live and work and minimizing our impact. Our office is paper-less, we hold no paper files unless it is required by law or compliance and it is our policy to print as little as possible (we are still required to print loan documents and mortgages) but with changes in lending practices and legislation and the movement (slow but happening) I look forward to our industry being totally paperless in the next few years.

I give back by sponsoring 3 World Vision children. We have seen a few grow up to adult and have been helping new children and also contribute to various charities every year.

Outside of work I am a Mother of 4 wonderful people who I am very proud of and enjoy spending time with my husband and family. I enjoy reading, exercising & traveling and look forward to many more trips both here in Australia and at different places around the world.

Katrina Anthony | Mortgage Broker

Katrina usually known as Kate, began her career in the Financial Services Industry in 2003 after making the change from Early Childhood Teaching. During this time, she has taken on a number of roles ranging from Loan Processing and Credit Assessment to a Mortgage and Finance Broker, giving her an exceptional understanding of the entire lending process.

Kate’s strong rapport with clients is evident in repeat business and referrals.  Kate believes in providing an accessible, professional service that will surpass expectations to assist clients in achieving their financial goals.

When she is not busy working for her clients, she loves to spend her downtime with her husband and three young children. She enjoys keeping active by bushwalking and running in the beautiful surroundings of the Perth Hills, which she calls home. She also loves nothing more than to sit down with a good book.

Mark Woods | Mortgage Broker
Mark worked in government for 20 plus years across a broad range of disciplines including administration, customer service, trade, policy and planning, and project management. Having always had an interest in how to effectively manage money and how to think outside the box to find solutions to improve his own and friends and families financial situations, Mark decided to change careers to helping clients to find the loan products they need to achieve their financial, business and property goals.

He has completed several qualifications including a Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate Certificate of
Management and a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management.

Outside of work, Mark loves traveling, having visited some 50+ countries, photographing amazing scenery and architecture and discussing some of the crazy travel situations he’s found himself in.
Using his acquired knowledge and experience Mark looks forward to sitting down and discussing your needs and aspirations and matching you to the financial products to help you achieve them.

Shelley Clark | Client Support Manager

Shelley joined the team at Property Finance Online in 2012 as a personal assistant to our mortgage broker, performing administrative duties and basic financial functions but her main role was to support clients, answer client enquiries, set up meetings between clients and our broker and maintain the clients’ information.

It wasn’t long before Shelley progressed to the role of Client Support Manager, updating, maintaining and accessing client’s documents. Ensuring all the necessary paperwork is received scanned and filed.
Printing reports and liaising with the lenders to ensure the applications are proceeding on schedule and any missing information is received and forwarded within the required time scale.

Shelley arrived in Australia 6 years ago with her husband and three daughters, who have all settled into the Australian way of life and who certainly do not miss the cold damp weather. After following the rest of her family, she has made her home in Secret Harbour and has made an excellent friend group who enjoy the outdoor lifestyle, in particular, the beaches and a few glasses of wine.

Pauline Mascarenhas | Senior File Manager

Pauline joined Property Finance Online as a Finance Assistance in 2013. She came with previous experience at Mortgage Choice; first, as a Broker since 2001 and then as the Office Manager at the State Office since 2011. This extensive experience in the industry has given her the ability to build client relationships whilst maintaining a strong level of professionalism.

With a Diploma of Financial Services (Finance/Mortgage Broking Management), Certificate IV in Finance/Mortgage Broking and Diploma in Book-keeping (London); she is well qualified in most aspects of finance and mortgages. She has also self-published a booklet to assist first home buyers.

Originally from Sri Lanka, Pauline moved to Australia in 1979 from the UK where she spent 6 years in Administration. With three sons who are into sports, especially Cricket, her extra-curricular activities revolve around watching games and supporting sporting clubs – AFL and Cricket. She is also very involved in her local church and is currently the Chair of the Finance Committee as well as being a member of the Parish Pastoral Council. For relaxation, she turns to movies of most genre and reading, especially autobiographies.
